We arent public yet and dont have those benefits. We do have health insurance, though.

Damn what you said about condos makes me want them more. Im not saying youre wrong. I agree with you 100%. But now more than ever its a dog eat dog world. Its exhausting trying to educate the masses and so in the end, you kinda just have to look out for yourself. Ill be a good landlord, though. I wont ask for tips on top of rent.
