He's shown a picture of a woman and is asked to identify her. He says it's his ex-wife. His lawyer has to interject and tell him it's Carroll.

He's asked about the "If you're a star they let you do it" comment re: the Access Hollywood tape and his response is: "Historically that's true with stars. When you look over the last million years I guess that's been largely true. Not always, but largely true. Unfortunately... or fortunately." followed immediately by being asked if he considers himself a star and answering "I think you can say that, yeah."

I think like most of us I kind of expect Trump to evade justice in most of these cases because it just takes one MAGA cultist getting past the jury screens to be a holdout but when this verdict was returned that quickly I knew there was just no way this was going to be some "totally exonerates the President, thank you" result because there was just no chance whatsoever an entire jury would see that deposition and be like "yeah that checks out"
