They did this during one of the previous events too. New event + rerun of old event. (Last time they re-ran the Xyz event. Curiously I think I remember Fusion coming before Synchro. If my memory isn't faulty it's pretty funny that they're deliberately skipping a Fusion Fest rerun while Tear is still close to full power) Did some more digging, Mo Ye is limited in the Synchro event, so Swordsoul isn't going to be everpresent.
