| Thorn 06/09/23 7:19:47 AM #386: | To expand on the above, though I imagine most have heard by now: Trump has been indicted by Jack Smith (the special counsel)/DOJ DOJ hasn't publicly announced the charges yet so all the reporting comes from the fact that DOJ summoned Trump and his lawyers to appear at court on Tuesday but as far as I can tell the reporting so far has: At least 7 charges, including under the Espionage Act, Obstruction, False Statements, and Conspiracy. https://twitter.com/PaulaReidCNN/status/1666982802875723777 Venue is in Miami AFAIK.
