I'm all for emulation and have been very vocal about it but you're in the wrong here. The instance here IS piracy as Kotaku was instructing how to play it before the game is legally out which is all about piracy, and no the "actually all our stores gave out early copies" does not pass reasonable doubt. And unlike something like Pokemon where I don't care about piracy as they're one of the most ridiculously successful games far beyond what they deserve, smaller franchises like Metroid Dread need its sales to determine whether they're justified to get sequels.
