We're talking about a few problem jurors wavering over putting away people when the answer is blatantly obvious.

Obvious yes, but the evidence presented during the trial is what the jury has to decide on. We all know they're guilty of the charges in question, but the question is whether the DoJ did a good enough job of presenting the evidence during the trial.

There have been at least a few people involved in January 6th who got very light charges because the DoJ wasn't aware they went into the capitol until shortly before or after the trial.
