Prestoff 05/11/23 11:20:11 AM #116: | I'm normally an anti-Jim Sterling person because his "anti-game corporation" schtick gets really old really fast, but at least his pro-kotaku video is on brand for him. Of course he will defend another jounalism that gets black listed because he's black listed from a shit ton of game publishers as well. His video was about "journalistic integrity" in that when you promise something in your article, you deliver. He also makes it a point that if you disagree with some of his premise like "it's morally right to pirate from Nintendo", you'll disagree with his take instantly. I disagree with some stuff he said in his video, but I at least can understand why he came to the conclusion that he did. I personally just get sick and tired when people complain about "journalistic integrity" because they disagreed with a game review score a reviewer made. You can disagree with it and explain why you think the score is wrong, but to say they lack journalistic integrity would be 100% incorrect. The only way for someone to lack journalistic integrity would if if they promise something and don't deliver like review a game while not even reviewing the game at all. --- DI MOLTO! ...
