Topic	Damn, had to deal with a hit-and-run with a mom and 2 babies >_>

Or who abandon the vehicle because its stolen. I remember years ago I had this drunk guy hit a pedestrian and killed him. Then hopped out his car and just ran away with his car in the middle of the road.
