Hawaii time is UTC-10 (at least in Honolulu, not sure if Hawaii has multiple time zones). If it is scheduled to be released 5/23 at 8 UTC+8, then Hawaii time for that should be 5/22 at 2pm, assuming I'm not doing bad math. As for time zone complaining, at least they gave it in UTC+X format. UTC is the basis for every other time zone on Earth, so it's considerably more convenient than saying something like Korean Standard time (though UTC+8 isn't Korean Standard IIRC) and assuming people can figure it out from that. <cite>YotsuMaboroshi posted [p:973644198] in Gacha Game...
