Current one we have is hyper senstive with its magnetron shut off switch.
You can close the door, but the switch needs a bit of an oomph to actually cook anything, otherwise the timer runs and you look like a clown.

Where it becomes a real pain is when you cook something like a potato. The steam will put just enough pressure that the gasket of the door will 'push it open' and shut off the magnetron, so it's not actually cooking. However, the timer still goes and it becomes a guessing game of if it stopped at 1:30 remaining or 3:00 remaining. D:<

The previous one didn't have this issue, but then again it also cooked a hole through its own metal and had a EM radiation leak for who knows how long.
