Apprently my shitty high school years is a bigger trauma than I thought. Just thinking about it fills me with shame, I dont want to think about it.

I had no one to hang with, I was completly alone, I used to lock myself in the bathroom (was only single room bathrooms no big ones), or just leave the school area and walk around. I barely remember what I did, just pushed through to finish and get grades.

When I started high school my childhood friends and stopped being friends pretty much, half way through high school I changed cities and got even more distant, and the pattern continued.

Could be a reason why my truth is why Im worthless and cant connect with people, and a part of my social anxiety and generalized anxiety disorder. I am social now and people like me but I just cant do that final connection.

Im rambling now, but its really painful for me.

During that period my mind tried to protect me but now its like an autoimmune disease where it hurts me instead.

Therapist thinks I have PTSD from that period.
