| TheMikh 05/29/23 10:34:01 PM #3: | in retrospect i also haven't really negotiated, just moved to higher paying employers for reasons completely unrelated to pay last job gave me two or three raises over the 8-9 years i was there without my negotiating, usually after carrying major projects, or taking a couple days off midweek which spooked them since they thought i was interviewing somewhere else (i was) current employer made an offer well exceeded anything i would have bargained for or realistically expected to make in my life, no negotiation, pure skill --- http://i.imgur.com/A0TAfek.png ...
