Given that I was speaking from an American perspective, and you yourself confirm that CE is majorly American, then surely you understand that while to the rest of the world America is right wing and conservative on the whole, in an American context (which this topic is clearly playing to, by the title) it still boils down to left wing/right wing, and CE certainly does not favour the right wing Republican party.

Now as far as the rest of the site the American conservative mindset is more prevalent, sure. Not here.

Edit: And while there's more to say about conservatives and republicans in the US, my original point was that this is a wack topic.
