It kind of whips around towards him but honestly looks like a wave to me. The still with the shark head is just his feet its a lot clearer in the video. Why he starts swimming away from the float and what exactly sucks him under thats anyones guess. Kind of seems like a shark but I watched it 100ish times and never clearly saw one. Odd theres no other footage with how film crazy kids are. No, you can see the head come up from beneath and then move down.
