Last time I honked was when someone was sitting in the rightmost left turn lane thinking it was a straight lane, even though there are arrows on the ground and the lines curve to the left and there is a traffic light pole dead ahead and he refused to make the left turn and circle back blocking me and the rest of us who want to make a left turn make a left turn. It was also a light where you could only make a left turn when the arrow is green. So waiting for this fuck to move over to the lane on the right just stopped the rest of us from making our turn. Not that it did anything, but kept my hand on the horn till the arrow turned red and we were stuck there.
