I can programm stuff, but my skills are far too dirty to count as true software development. I have to create some scripts for customers on an individual basis (sometimes simple with a few lines of code, sometimes a few hundred lines of code or more), but the core development of the software behind is on another level. Before that, I was in the financial sector. I was programming internal tools for our analysis team. Simply put, we got hundreds of GB in data in a stupid CSV format per month (and some other sources), and my job was to ETL the shit out of them until we had some nice figures and graphs for CEOs and the EBA. <cite>Karovorak posted [p:973938552] in Programmer...
