Is the 500 party matches different on PS5? I played on PS4, and in that version, your partner doesn't have to be on your friend list for matches to count towards that trophy. If you play with a random partner, the first set doesn't count, but if they stay after that set and form a party with you, all following matches count.

I do think 500 party matches was excessive because it's much more of an escalation from how many times you have to do things for other trophies. The number could have been cut in half for this one, and it would have still been more than enough. I know the devs have said they intend to bring the game back next year, but between the Warner Bros chaos, the live service bubble currently bursting, and the fact that everyone, even the alleged fans, called this a dead game so much it was clear they actively wanted it dead, I'll believe it when I see it.
