I was 5'7 170 for all adulthood. Now 50 5'7 and 200. I was active up to 3 years ago. I've been ill and inactive but slowly work my health back up. I hope to at least to get back to 180. I'm kinda worried though. I had a year long recovery from Bells Palsy my muscles did not come back 100%. The right side of my face lost about 20% --- I was born when she kissed me.
