Norway, I saw one person that looked "fat", and judging by their accent, they weren't even Norwegian. While big portions and overeating/snacking is definitely a chunk of the blame, the US really also is failing us citizens. European food tends to just be better quality, because they ban crap like high fructose corn syrup and whatnot.
