Like the character can only have so many boots until they are officially retired and can never be nominated again. Would make things interesting for characters on the edge that "only have one boot left" before retirement. Yeah that could be interesting but I think it's the same case as potentially retiring past winners which I remember floating as an idea and getting chewed out in return: gotta give people the chance to "save" their "favorite" FF character so couldn't outright exclude. Though some mechanism for more severe price would be an idea eg after 5 boots, any hard boot keeps you from returning for 2 contests instead of 1, or maybe turns a soft boot into a hard boot. More pressure for characters with a predisposition for failure! ... Copied to Clipboard! |
