I've done that twice before, but they know full well what did it both times

First time, I was randomly getting nosebleeds a lot because I had busted a moderately sized blood vessel near the back of my nasal passages, so they had to cauterize. The person who did it either didn't use a local or didn't use a powerful enough one, and the pain from it made my BP dip to the point I blacked out for about 20 seconds, came to with the doc going "are you all right?!" and I lunged for the trashcan to dry heave. I had to call off work for an hour to make sure I didn't lose consciousness before my drive.

The second time was my own fault, and the only doctors that were involved were after the fact. I donated blood on the same day I failed to eat enough for breakfast, confusing it for other bloodwork days I've had to do a lot of the year prior. Got about 3/4s through my donation when I started feeling like something was wrong, because it was - I got drained a bit too much for how little I'd eaten that day. Dealt with a doctor after that while they monitored me over a trash bin that I was retching into again.
