I'm getting 10 different hints at once from NPCs sometimes, I'm not gonna follow every single one in that moment when they all go lead separate directions. Now if within the hint you mentioned a "giant Korok" or something alluding to Hestu, then I would have listened --- Feel the sadnesss of the Earth, and I close my eyes.
