Yes the very first one killed was a little girl, but we didn't see another until Sophia 12 episodes later. I don't recall another until much much later. I forget the season or episode but it was Daryl or Michonne? Someone was in a building and saw silhouettes of what I assume were mother and child zombies behind a door. The last I recall was in S6 E9 when Sam sees a little boy zombie still in his pajamas walking in a herd.
