Topic	Why are people not doing anything about health care?

You would need to make changes not only in hospital and hospital like places but individual doctors, smaller offices, and labs plus more. PLUS you would be messing with the insurance industry as well. It isn't a simple fix. It's a whole large mess of various and numerous systems that are all part of the problem.
