Methotrexate, which isn't one of the two abortion drugs under fire in the states that hate women, has become less and less available since Roe v Wade was erased.

It is used as a treatment for cancers and rheumatoid arthritis, as well as ectopic pregnancies. It is completely unavailable at the moment.

We give methotrexate injections at the pharmacy and we have had to start turning people away regardless of why they need it. We can only hope they believe us about the backorder and do not think we are some crazy anti-abortion pharmacy.

The drug not being available means women will have to get surgery to remove ectopic pregnancies and that cancer or arthritis sufferers will need to move to other drugs.

It's just really curious that the drug has gotten much less available in the past 12 months.
