Racism = power + prejudice
Institutional racism you mean.

Racism has a definition. And varies in ranges. From thinking a race is generally a certain way, like intelligence, to thinking a certain race should be geocided out of existence.

Calling out the racism in thinking every white person is a bigot does not demean the institutional racism black people face. If you think it does, it's just a "you" problem. Or a lack of understanding in how concepts and the English language works.

Racism:
prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism by an individual, community, or institution against a person or people on the basis of their membership in a particular racial or ethnic group, typically one that is a minority or marginalized.
