Isnt that bad for your waistline?

A lil bit yeah. My body fat % is a bit higher now than when I was younger. Used to have very visible abs and veins. This was back when I did a calisthenics routine everyday (bit of climbing and jumping too). now there is a small layer of fat over them so only mildlyvisible in. Still have a flat tummy tho tbh.

The past 24 hours I had a chicken quesadilla from taco bell and 4 coffees. Also also ate some instant ramen and 2 fried eggs earlier in the morning. Also ate 2 pieces of kisses (the small chocolates) I like to suck on them for pleasure.

So this would be like 1300 calories or so.

have to eat fewer calories now because im too lazy to do a physical hobby. I prefer laying or sitting down most days and playing game or reading something trashy. I've got very low energy tbh.
