Even if he wanted to, which I've seen no indication that court packing is on his radar other than weak support for a panel to study modifying the judiciary in some nebulous way, enlightened centrists and the media would almost assuredly rail against such a move to a ridiculous degree that I don't think there'd be enough support among mod Dems to push for it (especially as the GOP would never back it now). --- Irregardless, for all intensive purposes, I could care less. <cite>K181 posted [p:974599646] in Should Dar...
