I've actually had this happen before, I saw somebody drop their wallet, I picked it up and tried to hand it to them, and they just kept walking and ignoring me, while I was saying "wait, you dropped your wallet." Until I just shoved it into their hand. Then they got all angry at me like "what's your problem?!" and I was like "TAKE. YOUR. WALLET. BACK."
