| Starks 07/06/23 4:32:30 PM #46: | My local franchise store needs to be shut down. The folks that run this place are greedy and disgusting. Employee dropped knife onto floor while cutting the bread for my sandwich. Picked it up and shoved it back into the bread. When I pointed this out and asked to start over, the employee denied it. I walked out. The NO COUPONS policy is plastered all over the store. If you use the Subway app or a delivery/pickup app, you can get around this. Lone employee was on the phone when I walked in.
