I don't technically change them per se, but I take them off, wash them, and put the same (now clean) ones back on. Pretty sure that still counts. I'd say it counts just because that's what I do too. I wash them every 2 weeks and just put them back. I'll change them more frequently depending on how much I've been sweating in my sleep. --- Who is?
