Topic	I hate posts like 'if you can't live off 80k/yr you're bad with money'

Think youre really missing the point of this topic By definition, 50% of people live above average So when people say if you cant on X per year, youre bad with money is a dumb statement No, youre missing the point. A nice area in a nice city has finite spaces. Theres no way they could fit everyone with an average salary who wants to live there. Homes are 2 million dollars in San Francisco because space is so scarce, you cant just demand to live there on 80k.
