Topic	Will somebody make your WARNED/SUSPENDED topic?

I feel like usually someone posts something moddable in a topic with a lot of posts so people are already looking for it to happen (and if the topic is political, potentially is hoping the person gets punished). That's one way, but the easier one is to get tagged by someone who is checking his tagged people regulary. The friendlist (people with tags included) shows the current account level, and therefore warned/suspended/purged/banned status.
