That's fine if they think their mental state would impede their productivity and usefulness. That is someone is at their limit and needs to stop for the best interests of everyone. I'm just saying I don't really have that, I'm only feeling somewhat run down but I could still do my job capably and reasonably, just maybe not with the best spirits. Really I think I'm just operating on less sleep than I'd like so this is mostly my own fault for trying to stretch out my nights to make the most of my personal time. --- Surely if I stick up for rich people on the Internet I'll eventually get a sweet job offer from them, right? ...
