I can earn money without the pressure of having to make a lot of decisions about what is in my best interest for success. I don't think I'm cut out to be my own boss so I let someone else carry that weight and I just offer my talents and skills in a way that is beneficial to the organization.most people just work to get paid and it isn't their responsibility to shoulder extra work because management is running a skeleton crew and cant handle someone taking a day off nor should they be forced to feel guilty for taking a day off just because their coworkers will be busy because management purposely understaffed them ...
