Best thing to do is ignore fuckers like Machin and not validate him. Again, Biden being incumbent helps mitigate the extent of spoiler candidates, whether they are unintended spoilers (presumably Machin) or intended spoilers (like Kanye). Nope. People aren't getting represented, and that needs to get fixed. I'm not saying don't vote.
