Topic	Is 34 and 22 too big of an age gap?

I've just passed 30 now and I don't think I've gotten wiser in the last 5 years. I've accumulated more knowledge but I may also have forgotten stuff. I don't feel I'm getting smarter tho. Maybe it's all the covid lock down making the last 3 years fly by with no progression.
