No. Way older with barely legal feels a bit iffy, but once they hit 20 anything goes.

For me that age is 25. I've just passed 30 now and I don't think I've gotten wiser in the last 5 years. I've accumulated more knowledge but I may also have forgotten stuff. I don't feel I'm getting smarter tho.

Maybe it's all the covid lock down making the last 3 years fly by with no progression. But it's said 25 is the age the brain is fully developed.
