Teutons, Spanish, and Malay are my top 3! Teutons has the best architecture style and man, Teutonic Knights are just so cool and imposing, even if they're slower than a turtle. I like using monks, so the Spanish missionaries are nice to have. The Consquistadors are also really cool. As for Malays, I'm a bit biased since I'm basically Malay too.
