Oh, here are a couple other contenders:

Ninety-Nine Nights - Very early 360 title. It was a little like a Dynasty Warriors game, except it tried to have an epic story and it was bad. Can't believe this somehow got a sequel years later.

Kingdom Under Fire: Circle of Doom - A hack and slash that was only memorable when it was being frustrating and obtuse. My friends bought it, so I grabbed it to play with them, and then they bailed on it and I saw it through to the end. For some reason.

Lords of Everquest - I played EQ back in the day, and for a very brief while, they tried to spin off the franchise into a full IP. Problem was, Everquest didn't really have rich worldbuilding and lore, or if it did, players like me with 300 days /played didn't know what it was. So when they got a studio to make an RTS based very loosely on EQ, and the gameplay was...well, it was somewhere between WC2 and WC3, and it wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything exceptional. At least Champions of Norrath was decent. Ish.

Only the exceptions can be exceptional.
