I do my job and enforce rules but at the end of the day the inmates respect me rather than hate me. And this is accomplished by treating them like people. Giving em a break now and again but having that understanding I got a job I'm being paid to do and I'm gonna do it. That's super insightful. And I really hope you're right about the whole keeping your job thing.
