No, because performance metrics render that nonsense completely unnecessary. Tracking software is just unnecessary micromanagement from managers who would be completely obsolete if they trusted their employees enough to not peer over their shoulders at all times. If people are getting their work done satisfactorily and not interfering with others doing the same, any other restrictions you place on what they can do during work time are unnecessary
