Topic	Who here ever worked at an IT call center?

I dont get it, they have know that we need information like they do for their work dont they?! Also always get a Yes response to a paragraph list of questions in bulletpoint to make it easy to read, none of which are yes/no questions. --- The Official Odin of the Shin Megami Tensei IV board.
