Remember that Stormblood was still when we had the TP/MP split, and certain class rotations weren't based on their cooldowns but rather their regeneration windows for these. For instance, Bard having no use for MP except for "Foe Requiem" which gave every enemy nearby it a Vulnerability Up debuff. Yeah it was good.
