Backstory? I feel like I missed a topic. How exactly did this happen because it sounds dreadful. I have no idea what caused this. But 4 weeks ago my shoulder and neck was tender and a little bit of pain no biggie. A week later I wake up with lots of pain on my shoulder and neck, took a weel before I could get a physio appointment who disgnosed me with inflammation of the levator scapula muscle and constant spasm to some of the ribs. Got some meds and physio program to follow. On thursday when I made this topic it had gotten much worse. And now the doctors think its herniated disc in my neck. Gotta say this has been torture for a few days.
