| Topic | Almost went to the ER with my levator scapula problem this morning. |

Lot of the stuff about it fits my condition, today my shoulder has been the worst. It feels a bit stiffer, and when I roll the shoulde it doesnt roll all smooth and can feel clicks with my thumb.
