Some of the character arcs did border into the nonsensical at times. Lying on the internet isn't a giant sin, but I think some of the roleplay kind of exceeded the bounds of someone trying to come to terms with their identity. Not as bad as fake cancer or pretending to die, but also a giant waste of a lot of people's time who were genuinely trying to be helpful to her and her fake pregnancy. not addressing any of that reply was to the notion that dark roast "flip flopping" on their gender identity made trans people seem like a joke ...
