also when looking this up i just saw that big brother canada ended live feeds? wtf? i've only ever watched two seasons of big brother but the live feeds were the best part and honestly the only good part, i can't believe they'd do that.
BBCAN doing that was met with much controversy and it doomed their most recent season. I don't know what's so hard about charging $1 a week just to pay for server maintenance. Though... BBCAN's live feeds had been garbage for a couple years since they were down all the time.

SERIOUS FEED SPOILERS

luke has been removed because he used the n word

lol
That seems harsh for a first offense. Did they not talk to him and tell him that if he doesn't stop being a racist asshole that he'd be ejected? Or did they do that and then he did it to be deviant and was justifiably ejected?

there's no way in 2023 you can use that word and chalk it up to ignorance or a slip of the tongue (I mean it was never okay but how can it STILL happen?!).
Actually it was fine until like 1989, when the hip-hop revolution started. If you watch some early 80s SNL for instance, they have jokes with that word. But today, he shouldn't have used it so casually. And, as not okay as what he did was, I think expulsion for one offense is over-the-top. I mean people say the just-as-offensive R-word in there and don't get expelled for it. A talking-to explaining why it is not okay and a warning that if it happens even one more time, he's toast is acceptable.
