Breasts are roughly the same 5 minutes each side on a skillet, but then you need cook it in an oven for 10-15 minutes. It's basically impossible to cook a breast all the way through on a skillet without drying it out so the oven is a required step for a juicy tasty breast. Best seasoning is salt, pepper, garlic, thyme, cumin, paprika. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
