Honestly I don't have to deal with that. Maybe upper management has to deal with that but I am basically an AP manager. We have a lot of work and we are always hiring people, so my company tries to comply the best they can.

Nice. I dodged 842 by leaving my company right before they were going to implement to go work for a public company that already had implemented it. I'm glad because it sounded terrible to do.
