I'm sorry. I know nothing of your lovely people or country. I am ashamed, lol.
"Th" is a very common colloquial portmanteau of "mit" ("what") and "hh" ("huh").

Example: A teacher asks a question to the class, but seeing one student unresponsive and quiet with their head resting on their arms on the school desk, empathically enunciates that student's name.
The student's head springs up from their arms and they lethargically say "th?"

As an aside, "" makes the sound of the "a" from "hat".

Sigs are rather pointless, except if it's to showcase animation and images.
